These terms govern your use of Road to Finals ("the app", "we", "us"). By buying or using the app, you agree to them.
1. What you get
Road to Finals is a one-time purchase that unlocks an in-depth companion for the 2026 World Cup. You receive access to the nation(s) you buy, or to all seven nations if you buy the all-access pass. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Content is updated for free throughout the tournament.
2. Not official
Road to Finals is an independent, unofficial fan product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, any national football federation, club, or competition. All team names, badges, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification and commentary only.
3. Your licence and the 2-device limit
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on up to two devices. You may not share your access link or login with others, resell or sublicense your access, or attempt to circumvent the device limit. We may revoke access that is shared or abused.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once, at purchase, through Stripe. By paying, you authorise that one-time charge.
5. Refunds
Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final once access is granted, except where a refund is required by law. If something isn't working, email us and we will make it right.
6. Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep squads, fixtures, tactics, and stats accurate and up to date, but football moves fast and we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free or current. The content is for information and entertainment only and is not betting, financial, or professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, and not to use it unlawfully or to disrupt the service.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, original written content, and the Road to Finals name and logo are ours. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of [your jurisdiction].
